We want you to love your rug. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your unused rug within 30 days of delivery.
Please note: The rug must be in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
To start a return, just contact our support team with your order number.
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days, and fully prepared for shipping within 4–6 business days.Standard shipping within the continental U.S. typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location.For made-to-order or specialty items, please allow a little extra time—we’ll always keep you updated with tracking info.
Regular vacuuming helps keep your rug looking fresh. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth—don’t rub.
We recommend professional cleaning for deep stains or delicate materials.
You can also rotate your rug every few months to prevent uneven wear.
