Please note: The rug must be in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days, and fully prepared for shipping within 4–6 business days.Standard shipping within the continental U.S. typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location.For made-to-order or specialty items, please allow a little extra time—we’ll always keep you updated with tracking info.

We recommend professional cleaning for deep stains or delicate materials.
